About Dr. Cardé

Dr. Cardé is a Stanford University trained clinical psychologist who has specialized in behavioral sleep medicine and non-medication treatment of insomnia for over a decade. He is passionate about helping people sleep better and live fuller lives through the application of scientific principles to sleep improvement. He is a member of both the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. In addition to private practice, Dr. Cardé is Adjunct Clinical Faculty in Health Psychology at California Pacific Medical Center and consults with health technology startups. He is a sleep and insomnia specialist at Crossover Health and Facebook Headquarters where he has designed sleep health programs and classes and provides individual treatment to help employees optimize sleep, wellness and performance. Previously, he worked as a behavioral medicine consultant in the Department of Adult Medicine at Kaiser Permanente.

The clinic is conveniently located in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, in close proximity to both California Pacific Medical Center and University of California San Francisco. It is accessible by several major bus lines and there is both paid and free street parking available throughout the neighborhood.
